Teach Everyone Problem-solving Skills
I have an idea for a website that would provide everyone in the state with problems to practice solving in groups. Teachers could use it and so could businesses to sharpen skills and promote team work. People could talk to each other in person, instead of texting, and learn the power of group creativity and problem-solving.

Key leaders in philanthropy and fundraising training have indicated they now realize that charitable giving will never be sufficient to meet the current needs for basic education/job training, health care, housing, child care, transportation, etc. Perhaps the problem-solving practice can involve learning about taxation and the roles of citizens in making decisions. This essential role (making decisions on taxation)seems not to be covered in our basic education, yet government funds are likely to be the only source sufficient to help provide for basic needs, which most citizens seem to agree are necessary.
